Silver Springs

Silver Springs is a residential neighbourhood in the north-west quadrant which was developed between 1972 and 1980. It is bounded to the north by Crowchild Trail, to the east by Sarcee Trail, to the south by the Bow River and to the west by Nose Hill Drive. Having the Bowmont Natural Area bordering the south of it allows for incredible views of Canada Olympic Park, the Rocky Mountains and the Bow River.

Blessed with so many natural amenities, Silver Springs is a very active community. There are many community sports programs, as well as an active community association and center with 2 outdoor skating rinks, soccer fields, plus a newly renovated outdoor pool. It also has vast amounts of walking and biking trails along with access to the gorgeous Bow River. Those with dogs will love the many areas to walk their four legged friends, in various off-leash areas plus the newly built enclosed off leash park.
